[HELP with Pic] Cannot Access WDML from All OS (8 - 7 - XP)

Hallo… I Need help to solve my problem…
My WD Mybook Live cannot access storage from everywhere… I have try on win 8, win 7, and win XP
Its Fail all…

In WD Quick View it seem normal… In dashboard it seem normal too

But when i choose open or map in explorer, its cannot access that… The messege “Network Error - Windows cannot access \MyBookLive\Public”

And then i try install “WD Link” and “WD Discovery” the problem are “Map Drive” dan “Browse Network Share” button inactive and cannot be click…

Then I try to Reinstall from “Download Setup Sofware” The device was detected… and then show the messege :
