The smp see’s the files and tries to play but it has an error everytime, I’m trying to play hsbs files. Not sure what to do any help would be greatly appreciated, I got the box as a gift to my mother in law and now i can’t get it working right

Sounds like you’re using a Media Server; if so, that error is coming from the media server.
