Help Regarding WD My Passport Ultra

Hello,

I purchased my WD My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard disk from a online store(based in INDIA) in India. After registering my product i am getting the message in warranty statys as OUT OF REGION. So please correct if there are any errors in serial and help me.

While I understand where you’re coming from, please bear in mind this is a _ User Forum _ and WD has direct communication and support channels for addressing warranty issues. End Users like can not assist with warranty issues.
