**bleep**!

I need to recover my disk! help!

Hello,

If the quick and extended test failed, this means the drive is defective and needs to be replaced. If it is still under warranty you can create a RMA.

How to get an RMA, (Return Merchandise Authorization) or replace a defective product under warranty

It may be possible to still extract the data utilizing data recovery software. If you do a  web search for  Data Recovery  it will yield plenty of data recovery software options.

thanks but i have not warranty.

any sugestions?
