Help Please - WD live TV displays menu while in the middle of watching a movie

Hi,

My WD Live Tv will display the folder menu while I’m in the middle of watching a movie.  The movie will still be playing in the background, so I can hear it, but I can not see it, all I can see is the My Media Library Videos: Folders screen.

Does anyone know how to stop this from happening??

Does it do that with all video files?

Does it do it with a subset of them?

Does it do it at the same point in a specific movie every time?
