Help Needed With Connection

Could Anybody help with this problem I Have

I have a static IP address & Port forwarding set up on my router

I also noticed this today my firmware is up to date?

Are you on an Apple, Linux or Windows PC? Have you tried shutting down and restarting your My Cloud?


I am running windows 8.1, I have rebooted the cloud from the dashboard & also rebooted the netgear Router, if I also set the cloud to auto I still get the same.

This issue has now been solved by doing the latest firmware upgrade.
