Help ! My WD TV will not play any of my .mov files

Hi I’m Da71d and I’m a noob here .

I have a Gen1 WD TV ( just bought it new ? ) and I installed 1.0.3 firmware, but it will not play any of my .mov files .

What gives … I have read that this is a supported format .

They all play on My iMac . I have like 50-100 GB of these so … any suggestions ?

Have you searched the rest of the forum about this? I’d give it a try. You can also contact WD’s Technical Support by phone or email.
