Help me : harddisk driver d,e,f lost after windows restart

hi
i have WD Desktop Hardisk , and it was working correctly with windows XP
but yesterday when i try to copy some file comupter was restart
after that the drives d,e,f was not appear and drive C working correctly

i try to check the drive from device manager , the show me Drive C and the total space (it’s correct) but didn’t show to me the drives d,e,f .

i try to check appropriates for drive C and it’s also correctly.

last try i used Partition Magic program , but in opening the error message “can’t identify drives characters for the hard disk” appeare to me agin

my WD harddisk is :  Internal Drives   Caviar Black

Model Number        :  WD800BB-00JHC0

capsity : 80 GB

very thankful if U help me ,because  all my data in those drives

You need to run DLG diag before contacting technical support.

But first, ensure your connections (power, data) are solid to the drive; try a different data cable if you have one.
