I have a WD80EZAZ hard drive that got User locked after my computer crashed, actually it was two drives that were locked, I managed to unlock a Toshiba drive, but have been unable to unlock the WD one.
Can anyone please help me unlock it ? It has all my Plex media.
I tried using hdparm but I get the following:

This is as far as I have been able to get, I tried this on linux, then using a program called victoria on windows, I have been using ‘WDCx10+WD or just W’ as master password but it has not worked. I have made various attemps, but nothing works.
If it is not doable, can I at least salvage the data, can I do this ?? How ??
