i have a WD passport 1 TB WDBACX0010BBK.
I’m currently using the hd to transfer movies between 2 computers and a media player.
It’s been working fine until one day, it doesn’t show up in computer A, but it shows up in computer B and my media player.
On computer A , it only shows up at the ‘eject safely option’ . I clicked on the ‘open device and printer’ and it shows that the device is working properly.
But the hd is not mounted for me to access the files.
But on Computer B… I insert USB, and it auto mounts and the option for me to open folder etc comes up.
Both computer is running windows 7 .
Computer A is Bit
computer B is Bit.
pls help me. I already updated the firmware via using the auto updater still no luck.
