HDD Buzzing noise from the external disc

Hello,

The hard disc I purchased a couple of moths ago started to give the disturbing buzzing noise and it is not currently functioning. My pc seems to not define the hard disc. I need your urgent help regarding this problem. Unfortunately, I have lost its original package and it receip, is it still possible to change the product?

You can try to replace the drive with WD, if under warranty:
