Has my unit died?

apparently my time machine is just over 100 days since a back up to my 2tb my cloud

I have tried a 4 and 40 sec reset and yet admin still won’t get me in, the remote web login (files.mycloud.com) shows 1mb of devise and 71% available, can’t get in via http://192.168.0.11/ just sends to a support page that is offline,

tried via OS X and the windows 10 via parallel to get in and no joy,
