Harddrives disappear after restore to default "system only"

Hi,

i got an EX2 Ultra from a friend. The problem is: After he restored to default the system settings, the 2 Harddrives are not shown up anymore in the User Interface/Dashboard.

He was not sure, which Raid array was installed. So i tried to get some more informations via ssh.

Here are some results.

**root@MyCloudEX2Ultra ~ # mdadm --assemble --scan**
mdadm: Found some drive for an array that is already active: /dev/md/1_0
mdadm: giving up.
mdadm: No arrays found in config file or automatically

With my Linux machine, i had no problems to combine the array and to make a backup of the files on it.

I think, something is missing, that the array and the harddrives will not shown on the dashboard.
The Raid health says: No configured volumes

Thanks for any help
