Hard-drive will Connect to one Windows PC but not any other

Hello,

I have a WD 2TB Red My Passport Portable External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - WDBYFT0020BRD-WESN, and it does work and connect to the initial windows computer I connected it to. However, it will not connect to any other windows laptop for some reason. Would any of you know what is wrong with it?
