Hard drive not showing on the network

hi there everyone

I bought this my cloud hard drive, plugged it at the office, created all remote access accounts for users, and registered the hard drive, but I am having a problem in accessing the hard drive when we don’t have internet at the office and if I want to add and mapp it on the network its not showing as a network device. help me what can I do to make it show on the network.


Can you please share more information about your case? You are saying that you are not able to access the drive remotely when you don’t have internet access on the office? or are you talking about local access?
