Hard drive formated

I have recently formatted my cloud 3TB drive.
Once i clicked on format it didnt show me the progress bar!! Now i dont know is my hard drive is formated or still getting formatted. Because i have no access anymore after clicking on format drive
Question if click on format on wd web address where there is a option to format does it erase even the wd software for accessing the drive??If yes how can i revert it back ???
