I am facing a problem with my ‘My passport: Ultra’
I cannot access it through ‘This PC’; however it is being read and recognised in the ‘Device Manager’.
Moreover, it makes peculiar clicking sounds when connected; and the light blinks.
If anyone has a solution/suggestions; please help me out.

Hello, if the drive is clicking and is not being accessed via “This PC” something means that is not receiving enough power, I would connect the drive into a different USB por and a using a different cable.
