should I buy a hard disk from 10TB , I had thought of this model
HGST Ultrastar HE10
I have a very old unfortunately GA - X58A - UD7 motherboard (rev . 1.0 ) that mounts these chipsets
North Bridge :
Intel® X58 Express
South Bridge :
Intel® ICH10R
support to SATAIII there , but I’m not sure that these chipsets support a hard disk so great … someone can give me some advice ? thank you 
I normally check the drive makers compatibility guide first, and if my board or chipsets are mentioned, then check with the board manufacturer.
