Half-Second UI

I just updated my WD My Cloud a couple of weeks ago while I was away from home.

And the following happened…

  1. Again, I got “Access Error”, which I had reset twice before to “allow remote access”,

  2. When trying to start UI after typing in user ID and Passwaord, UI flashes for less than half a second.

    I have tried different ways to initiate UI, such as by clicking on Boujour, by typing 192…

Without access to UI, I can not reset for “allow remote access”, but have not problem access at home WiFi.

Please help.

Have you tried a power cycle and/or a reset on your drive?
