Guest Account is Missing

Oddly, Admin is working but not the default included Guest account. 

I changed the admin pw otherwise since port 80 is forwarded, anyone could  log in using the default pw.

Guest is not listed in the accounts nor am I able to add it, I receive an error message that the account already exist by default–which is doesn’t.

Any suggestions?

Did you create a guest account? By default the device only has an adminstrator account. You can also by default access it anonymously (without an account) however you may still be prompted occasionally for a login.
