Group access not working

Every time I make a group and give it access to certain shares it never works. I made a group entitled media and have both full control on a test and then just read on a second test but when I add a user it adds the access group to their profile but when they get on their device it doesn’t alter what they can see. I have even had then delete their profile and reissued them codes but not works to fix this.

Any ideas?

I have, and I have followed each step to the T, but the folders just do not appear. I have even reset the device and they don’t appear either. I have to say that for this issue its not user error :wink:
