Goodsync, plex, hauppauge

I am a simple mind(!) And i have an ex2 with plex and goodsync. Today goodsync refuses to connect at all giving a offline computer message. When i try to configure via the ex2 it throws a error 404 which leads me to think that this may come from WD themselves all of a sudden. Plex via the NAS does not see the hauppauge dual for live tv either. Is it me/it/them??? Any help appreciated . I have unindtalled, reinstalled, soft set, reset, turned off router and nas btw… urgh! And i can stream plex easily also but i just cannot sync or setup previous dvr
