Getting WD Backup to Work in Windows 10

My PC kept bugging me to upgrade to Windows 10, so I did.

My old files are hidden deep in the system, but I found them. Concerned, I looked in My Passport, and my backups are there. Then, I launched WD Backup to make sure all systems were running. However, it seems to have deleted all its scheduled backups and is unable to restore.

How do I get WD Backup to remember everything I set up in Windows 8.1 in Windows 10?

Tech Support advised me to uninstall then reinstall WD Backup. Will do that tonight.
