How do you get support from WD?
Following problems identified by a Quick Test, I tried to follow the automated support case route but got a 500 - Internal Server Error message. I then tried to contact support by e-mail, but this failed due “problems with the knowledgebase”.
So I now have a defective MyCloud and no way of contacting WD Support (telephone isn’t an easy option for me)

By this do you mean that you tried to submit via this link ?
That’s correct - I arrived at a form which asked me to submit my product number and a brief description of the problem.
I suggest trying one more time and if that doesn’t work you may just have to be uncomfortable with a phone call.
