Getting green background color

cannot get rid og "grren"background color when playing movies stats to load as ble and then switches to green and stays…any htoughts as to why

How are you connecting your hub to the TV?

Have you tried resetting your hub by pressing the bottom button with a paperclip / cocktail stick. Press for 1 second and then release with the hub on and fully booted up. It should reboot.

Are you playing directly from the WDTVLIVEHUB or streaming from another device like a PC?

Troubleshooting:

  1. if STREAMING try a LOCAL file (on the hard drive or USB drive)

  2. RESET (I think it erases all files?)

  3. update the firmware

If that doesn’t fix your problem, your device is probably damaged.
