Get message on sign in every time i try to sign in

Message is as follows:
"The server encountered an unexpected error which prevented it from completing your request. Please close this window and start the sign in process again. "
This occurs every time I try to sign in. Happens repeatedly over a period of days. I have never so far succeeded in signing in. Using Windows 10.

@MichaelyrraP Are you trying to sign in to your My Cloud Home or mycloud.com ? If mycloud.com have you tried a different browser? Maybe something here will help.
