Recently purchased the product. When I click the “Get Info Button”, I get back a error code saying cannot get info. Media player is connected to the internet, and I am able to retrieve youtube videos, so I know the internet connection is good. It must be something simple, any help greatly appreciated.
Yeah, the database provider has been having server problems of late.
There’s no info on their forum as to when it’s going to be corrected.
