Get garbage for MyBook Live backups for non English characters in file names

Hi,

I did a few backups between two WD 2TB My Book Live using My Book Live Backups software provided with the product. It fails. I see an issue with non English characters in directory/file names.

On backup drive in the backup directory the file names have all sorts of garbage in it (vieiwed in Windows Explorer). The characters used in original file names are in Russian and Hebrew. In addition the safepoint update constantly fails.  I think because of the characters. Example directory name\filename:

אני קורא לך\
                    01 אלוהי.mp3

Записи Вадима Туманова\
                   Песня о судьбе.mp3.

For example in Windows Explorer on backup drive I see the file name as:

Фонограмма Летела жизнь декабрь 1978 года. 

And this Frédéric Chopin shows up as:  Frédéric Chopin

In wdnas.log it says for example:

If the Safepoint backup doesn’t accept non-English characters then that’s either a problem to fix or a bad drive… What did support tell you?
