G Speed Studio drive shows solid red G and four solid red led's

I have a 2014 G Speed Studio 24TB external drive with four drive bays. The drive is not mounting to my Mac Pro, running Sonoma. Cant see it in Disk Utility, can’t see it in G tech software utility. The exterior “G” is solid red. The four interior led’s are also red.
Does the hardware need repair?
