I’m surprised these aren’t just available as ‘last available’ versions. I’ve just purchased one of these - it’s a nice looking product and very hard to find good quality (and quiet) sas based enclosures. The larger ‘smart’ fans on the back do not activate, leaving the PSU fans running madly. The most obvious thing to try first is firmware - though I suspect it’s hard to get that onto a SAS based product. Is there no legacy product support available without contacting the tech support team? Thanks.
