G-Raid woes

Hi all,

Frustrated user here.
Have a T3 G-Raid 8tb which was configured to RAID 0, however wish to now RAID 1 as a back up for my system.
The G-RAID Thunderbolt Configurator doesn’t even identify the drive (no device connected) and thus cannot make the changes. Have tried everything & zero joy.
Anyone have any ideas how to get this ■■■■ silver brick to work properly?
Currently connected to iMac 2020 Big Sur 11.5.

Resolved…it doesn’t work with Big Sur 11.5…rolled back to Catalina, did what I needed to do now upgrading again to Big Sur.
