I just purchased a brand NEW G-Raid 28TB Thunderbolt 3 and installed the G -Raid Configurator with Thunderbolt , and voila, the system does not recognize the device. Im running on a MacBook Pro, 2017 (USB-C ports only) Mojave 10.14.6. Can someone please advise why this is happening.
