G-RAID Thunderbolt 2 on PC

I’m having trouble finding the best way to get my G-RAID drive, previously working on a Mac, to work on my Dell PC. The PC recognizes the drive but due to formatting (I’m assuming) it’s unusable. Is there a way to get it to work with the PC without formatting and losing all of my photos? Is there a way to use it on both PC and a mac?
