G-Raid 2 (12 tb) shows 2.25 TB free of 5.45 but folder is empty

In devices it is shown as G-RAID Thunderdbolt 3 SCSI

driver version is current - 10.0.19041.789

I’ve been trying different cables, restarting etc. and no luck.

Also note: I am currently running a Microsoft defender scan and it’s obviously searching through all the files.

I did. It’s a slow going process. My “research” is telling me it’s a partition failure. Oh welp. Crossing my fingers on saving the data.
