I have a G-Drive with Thunderbolt 2, which I use with a MacBook Pro. I’ve had it just over a year and it has worked fine until yesterday. When I tried to switch it on nothing happened. No noise, no light just silence. I have tried changing the power adapter but still nothing. All connections checked and ok.
I’ve tired multiple times to submit a case on the website and each time I complete the form and try to submit it it simply says “unexpected error”.
Any thoughts on what I can do, please?
