G Drive with Thunderbolt 2

I have a G-Drive with Thunderbolt 2, which I use with a MacBook Pro. I’ve had it just over a year and it has worked fine until yesterday. When I tried to switch it on nothing happened. No noise, no light just silence. I have tried changing the power adapter but still nothing. All connections checked and ok.

I’ve tired multiple times to submit a case on the website and each time I complete the form and try to submit it it simply says “unexpected error”.

Any thoughts on what I can do, please?

The G-DRIVE w/ TB actually only has TB1 but it won’t power on if there is no active connection to the computer. If you are sure that the TB cable is plugged in all the way and it still won’t power on then try with USB.
