I have plugged this into the Windows area of my MacBook Air having previously used it on my PC (now crashed). All I get is the X-UTILITIES portion even after installing the Paragon HFPlus. The drive was only bought last month. What could possibly have gone wrong? It shows as “unmounted” in disk utility; and when I try to mount get the error code 119930868.
Any help please!!
