G Drive Technical Assistant

I have downloaded the above in connection with a new GDrive USB + Thunderbolt several times, but I never get the Technical Assistant only the Technical Assistant Preferences. What should I do to get the TA itself. RobLee

The GTA is not designed for the G-DRIVE product line. It is only for G-RAID and G-Speed devices. The G-DRIVE has no functions other than standard storage and no need for an assistant.

Seems odd, in that case, that the GTech website support offers it for
download for the GDrive family. RL
