Hello all,
I’ve had a G-Drive mobile USB 1TB external hard drive (0G04451) for a few years now.
Very recently the device will not connect or be recognised.
I’ve tried it with different macbooks and and imac - no success
Also tried this with different cables - no improvement.
When the device is connected the light seems to be on.
The problem is the data is unaccessible - Can I buy another exact G-Drive and switch components OR should I have the data recovered?
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
