G-Drive Mobile USB Help

The USB port for the G Drive Mobile USB just broke and fell down inside the device and I need to find a safe way to open in to save the data inside. Anybody have any ideas on how to do this safely? Or to at least pull the port up so it can be used. Thanks in advance
