G-DRIVE Mobile USB 3.0 (Black) Broken

I recently bought a G-DRIVE USB mobile (black) and I had no problems with it until now. The USB jack supposedly broke. Is there anyway I can fix this without losing any data. I’m a photographer and I don’t want to lose these photos.

There is no fix, it requires replacement.

What SATA to USB adaptor and external hard drive enclosure would you
recommend to download the data on the drive itself?

If you don’t want to move it to another enclosure you could use one of these: SATA to USB cable
