My USB connection on my mobile hard drive broke and I need a new case. Technical support directed me to a case I could purchase on Amazon. I got it, but the hard drive doesn’t fit it. It’s obviously the wrong one. Can someone direct me to the correct case to purchase? Technical support doesn’t answer my calls.
Depending on the one recommended and your capacity the enclosure might need to be thicker. You would need to look for an enclosure that can support up to a 12.5mm drive.
