The g drive does not show up on my desktop after I enter the password. Previously, I got an error message that it is read only and cannot back up. I ran the disk utility and it said errors that it couldn’t fix. When it is plugged into another computer, it cannot be opened, but it shows up in disk utility. Any suggestions?
