G-Drive 6TB with TB3 slow on Apple Silicon

Hi,
Ive got a MacStudio 2023 m2 max and my G-drive with TB3 is extremely slower compared to my Intel iMac. Disk speed is about 75/MBs read and write
Is there a firmware update available for G-drive ?

I do have the same problem and iā€˜ m also lookong for a solution. Does anyone have a clue?
