Hi, I have WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra 8 TB, I have issued that My Cloud apps is dead slow, I wanna upload and download using STFP/FTP to my drive, I already have access to root, but I have issue access to non root user ( user I created with admin ) how I can access this non root user so user I created have access to their folder.
PS, I using Filezilla to access server.
hii, I still can’t login with FTP Apps using user non root user (not sshd)
