Hi there, first youll need to activate FTP on the MBW:
Open your internet browser and access the storage manager by typing the IP of your MBW>
Log in> ADV Mode> Network> Services> Enable FTP> Specify the port you want (Make sure the port you set is open on the router).
To test if it works then try a local FTP access first:
ftp://admin@Private IPaddress of your MBW on your router
If it works then you can proceed to try the remote connection this way:
ftp://admin@Public (WAN) IP adress of your MBW
Remember that the public connection will only work if your ISP allows it.
