Forum using IPad

I am using an iPad to go on forum, is it compatible, trying to post an image but can’t seem to find editor menu (says it looks like a little tree) so unable to post an image from my gallery. Is it me or my iPad. Any suggestion thanks.

I think iOS browsers use only the plain editor;  android devices can use the rich text editor.
