Formatting My Passport

Hello,

Trying to format My Passport 1GB, the system tell me to close all programms, while they’re all closed (hope so !).

I also wonder if there’s a link to download the full applications software for the drive ?

Any advice please ?

Try restarting the computer and try reformatting again.-

Here is a link about formatting http://wdc.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wdc.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=3865 maybe you missed a step. Most of us don’t format or partitionthat often.
