WD Smartware said I needed Pro to use my WD Elements 2tb drive so I decided to format it and use a third party software. I (stupidly in hindsight) used the right click windows quick format. Since then I can’t do anything with the drive. It doesn’t appear in explorer. WD Quickview doesn’t recognise it. In disk management it appears as a RAW file system but I can’t do anything with the drive in disc management - it says format failed whenever I try.
I also tried using EaseUS Partition Manager but same issues - the format process fails.
Any solutions? (it’s still in warranty)

Hi, you should replace the drive as its failing the format process.
