I need to format My Passport and start all over. It was never set up right. Now that it is formatted I have no setup instructions. Help getting Passport set up and working.
Click on Support above and select My Passport and then which ever version you have. Select WD Discover option for detail instructions.
Click on support where is support what page are you talking about there’s no click on support on your email I don’t understand

If the email has “View Topic” click on that and find Support Tab at the top of the screen. Otherwise, go to WD website, hover on Product Support and click My Passport. Either way then your version. Go down the list to WD Discovery Online User’s Guide.
