You can delete all three volumes in order to format the drive and create only one partition with the entire capacity. However, be aware that by doing this you will delete all data stored on those partitions.

If you’re on Windows look at a to such as Minitool Partition Wizard to manipulate, set up and delete such partitions.
Same warning as Hamlet made applies - be very careful with tools like this, as they can do a lot of damage if misused. Also confirm before committing that you are working on the correct drive and partitions.
